* Develop and execute the HR plan, which aligns the business with the overall organizational plan

* Consult on people matters and organizational requirements relating to the formulation of a defined business or operational area's strategy

* Conduct in-depth supply and demand analyses of the current and future people and skill needs for the organization and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs

* Facilitate the definition and communication of the organizational culture, vision and values which guide the decisions and actions of the organization

* Lead change within the business and design processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation

* Drive performance differentiation within the business while creating talent management and leadership development strategies that focus on building bench strength

* Identify strategies to increase productivity, employee performance, and change readiness while designing metrics to track the effectiveness of programs

* Create processes and experiences that grow the capacity of the organization's key people which includes key talent identification, planning, development and recruitment

* Provide counsel and advice on organizational alignment and design for effective execution of the business strategy

* Design and implements retention strategies focusing on key leaders and talent with core competencies and skills critical to the organization; including utilization of reward and recognition programs and initiatives for retention

* Initiate key talent development, sourcing and deployment strategies

* Provide managers with HR management information through technology and assists them in using the information

* Provide leadership in workforce planning to better predict acquisition strategies, timing, and controls

* Create processes and solutions in partnership with leadership which support a positive employee environment through effective communications, policies, and practices

* Maximize the enterprise wide compensation, reward, and recognition programs and develop additional initiatives which will support the business needs

* Understand the financials and the business performance, utilizes cost benefit analysis, and uses data to identify people trends and opportunities; assist leadership in improving the business

* Administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas

* Collect and analyze HR data, and then makes recommendations to management

* Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures

* May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, Master's degree preferred

* 2+ years of HR generalist experience with a strong emphasis in organizational development (OD), performance, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations and leadership development; PHR preferred

* Must have a demonstrated history of strategic partnership balancing the needs of the business with those of associates

* Experience with HR analytics and metrics highly preferred

* Strong level of personal organization with excellent professional oral/written communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks

* Must have proven success in working independently and working with diverse employee groups

* Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
